1) You must not upload copywrited material, without written permission from the copywrite owner (usually the company that made the DVD) this includes and is not limited to any DVD commercially sold past, present or future.
2) Any breach of point 1 will have your account banned without question.
3) If you notice anyone breaking point 1, please use the "Report Abuse" button on the site, and we will review it the same day.
4) All movies are reviewed, and we reserve the right to remove movies we deem not suitable without warning.
5) As a reminder this site is for Carp Fishing movies only. No "Adult Related" movies allowed.
6) Only movies of fish caught with rod and line may be uploaded. Any movies practicing "Bow Fishing" or similar will be deleted and your account banned without question.
7) We hate spam just as much as you, and will never rent, sell, lend or trade your email address with any other third party.
8) No groups are to created of a commercial nature without the agreement of Admin, ie no creating groups just to plug your website without asking first.
9) Any images/videos uploaded are to be carp fishing related only, any shop logos, catfish, barbel, sturgeon etc are not suitable for this site and may be removed.
10) Adding URL`s as video tags are not allowed.
11) We reserve the right to edit any tags, or video descriptions.
12) We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
